I am commenting slightly off topic because, I feel if it wasn’t for the goodlife & project blowed , there would never have been hip hop classics like “inner city griots” & ” a book of human language” . I have always thought it was corny when people gush about how an artists work has impacted their life but I realize those 2 projects have & still impact my life today.
I especially deeply admire “a book of human language” , as far as I’m concerned it is by far & large the best conceptual hip hop albums ever made. I don’t remember what year it was made but I don’t remember an album making more of an impact 4 me.
When people argue my point of it being 1 of the best albums ever I realize that most people don’t appreciate a learning experience. I just want 2 thank Acey & project blowed for blessing us with these masterpieces & lyrical genius. Big up Acey hopefully u will be recognized for your genius while you are still with us.
